Photo Privacy (IMPORTANT)
We take your photo privacy very seriously.
• Your uploaded photographs are used exclusively for the purpose of engraving your crystal.
• Photos are not shared with any third party.
• All uploaded photos are permanently deleted from our systems within 72 hours of successful delivery of your order.
• Exception: If a COD customer refuses delivery, photos may be retained for the purpose of recovering production costs as outlined in our Shipping Policy.
Sharing Your Information
We share your Order Information with the following third parties to help us process and deliver your order:
• Shipping and courier partners (name, address, phone number for delivery purposes).
• Payment gateways (Razorpay or equivalent — for secure payment processing).
• Shopify (our ecommerce platform, which hosts our store and processes data on our behalf).
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party for marketing purposes.
