Shipping & Delivery

Every crystal is custom-made and engraved specially for you. Processing & engraving usually takes 2-3 working days. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 4-7 business days across India.

We offer FREE shipping on all orders. Tracking details are shared via WhatsApp/SMS after dispatch.

As every product is fully customized, we currently do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD). All orders are processed on a prepaid basis only.

Processing Time

•        Every crystal is custom-made to order. Engraving and processing takes 2-3 Working Days (excluding Sundays and Public Holidays).

•        During this time, your photo is professionally processed and laser engraved inside the crystal in full detail.

•        Once your crystal is engraved, it goes through a quality check, is paired with your LED light base, and carefully packed.

 

Delivery Time

•        Delivery takes 5-7 business days once the order is shipped from our workshop.

•        Delivery to villages and remote pin codes may take 7-10 business days.

•        Tier-1 cities (Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Ahmedabad, etc.) typically receive delivery in 4-5 days after shipping.

 

Shipping Partners

We ship through trusted courier partners including Delhivery, BlueDart, and Ecom Express via our logistics platform. You will receive a tracking number via SMS/WhatsApp once your order is shipped.

Shipping Charges

We offer FREE shipping across India on all orders. No hidden charges.

Address Changes

Changes in delivery address are only possible before the order is shipped. Once the order is in transit, address changes are not possible. Please double-check your address at the time of placing the order.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS and WhatsApp. You can also track your order anytime through the “Track Order” page on our website.
