By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions, including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site.
Products & Services
• All products are custom-made. Each crystal is laser engraved based on the photograph uploaded by the customer.
• We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction.
• Product colours and appearance may vary slightly from images shown on the website due to screen settings and photographic lighting.
• We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time without prior notice.
Photo Upload & Content
• By uploading a photograph, you confirm that you have the right to use that image and grant us permission to use it solely for the purpose of engraving your crystal.
• We will not share, sell, or use your uploaded photographs for any purpose other than fulfilling your order, unless otherwise stated (e.g., COD refusal scenario as outlined in our Shipping Policy).
• All uploaded photographs are deleted from our systems within 72 hours of successful delivery.
• We reserve the right to reject any photograph that contains offensive, illegal, or inappropriate content.
Pricing & Payment
• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
• We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.
• Payment can be made via UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, digital wallets.
Accuracy of Information
We make every effort to display the colours and details of our products as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your computer or phone screen’s display of any colour will be 100% accurate. We do not warrant that the quality of any product or information obtained by you will meet your expectations.
Limitation of Liability
In no case shall Amolya, our directors, officers, employees, or agents be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind arising from the use of our products or services. Because some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Gujarat, India.

We reserve the right to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms of Service at any time. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to the website following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
